about

We've sold cars.
We've run BDCs.

We built Automotive AI for dealers, not for software people. The vocabulary, the workflows, the objection scripts. All of it comes from the floor.

origin

Small-town Alberta.

Joshua came up in small-town Alberta. He made the leap from vehicle delivery into sales and built his career on the floor. Cold calls, follow-ups, objection handling. The unglamorous discipline that turns a database of names into deals.

He saw every problem dealerships face from the inside: inconsistent follow-up, databases full of untouched contacts, duct-taped tools, high turnover, 14-hour days just to stay average. The best closers worked harder than the system gave them credit for, and the system kept losing the work.

He partnered with Aneesh (engineering backbone) to build what he'd always wished existed. A system that works leads the way the best closers do. Never forgets. Never burns out. Never quits. That's Automotive AI.

the founders

Four founders.
No growth hires.

Joshua

co-founder · product · sales floor

Came up on the floor. Vehicle delivery, then sales. Learned dealership ops the hard way. Designs the product around how cars actually get sold.

Wes

co-founder · operations · industry

Started his first auto-sales business at 25. Lived the 14-hour days. Handles operations, partnerships, and the realities of dealership life.

Morgan

co-founder · AI prompt engineering

Documents real-life use cases for the AI co-pilot. Writes the agent prompts and shapes how the AI talks to your customers.

Aneesh

co-founder · technical architecture

Engineering backbone. Architecture, scaling, and the backend that keeps every conversation, follow-up, and credit pull stable at volume.

what we stand for

Four rules we actually hold to.

Authentic

We speak the industry because we lived the grind. What we promise is what we ship. No outlandish claims.

Results-driven

Product designed to produce measurable outcomes: reactivated leads, booked appointments, closed deals.

Simple

Built it simple because we needed it simple. Even the team member who hates technology is productive on day one.

Real partnership

Don't disappear after the sale. Celebrate wins, coach process, answer the phone. Partners, not vendors.

six things dealers ask before signing

Questions we get asked.

Most BDC teams cost $30,000 to $40,000 a month all-in. Our Startup tier is $1,500 a month per rooftop. Same lead volume, no turnover, no sick days, no retraining. Dealers usually keep one or two human reps for warm conversations and let the AI handle the rest.

Sustained back and forth on SMS, not a drip sequence. The AI handles objections, collects trade information, captures what your F&I team needs to start credit, and books appointments. Ask us for a transcript on your demo.

Bi-directional with Tekion today. PBS, CDK, Reynolds, and Dealertrack are on the integrations roadmap. Your DMS stays the source of truth. Nothing one-way, nothing overwritten.

Coastline Ford migrated in two weeks. First credit app came in six hours after going live. Prestige Auto Group ran us side by side with VinSolutions for 30 days, then cancelled VinSolutions the next morning. We do the migration heavy lifting.

First booking inside hour one. We handle Twilio and A2P verification. Pre-built templates mean your team isn't starting from a blank slate. Most rooftops are in production inside a week.

Augmentation, not replacement. AI handles the cold lead grind, scripted qualification, and after-hours response. Reps focus on warm conversations the AI flags. Dealerships consistently tell us their best reps stay longer because the repetitive work is gone.

why we built this

We built the tool we wished we had on the floor.

Not because it was a good business idea. Because we needed it. Every dealership deserves a system that works as hard as they do. That's the whole premise.
